It's a lot about chasing the shiny thing. So a lot less about the substance and a lot more about, hey, get rich, look at the Lamborghini, look at all this look at all this lifestyle. But very little talk about the work that it takes to get there and the work ethic that you need to build in order to achieve that wealth. So what people end up doing is they'll buy the course they'll sign up for the guys thing, they'll pay a little money. Why? Because it's like buying a lottery ticket for them.

And she would do the typical thing that Eddie Murphy talked about. You take two pieces of wonder bread. She put a piece of meat inside a slice of Velveeta cheese and she'd be like Denny's your Big Mac bedhead. And I said, I want it but it comes with a toy. She'd be like, No, I got this toy for you. Here's a toy. What do you mean? And I was like, No, I want to go into the restaurants. And then I started looking around. And I started having aspirations. I started reading books of the great old time, self help guys, the personal development guys, Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill all morning, Dale Carnegie, all those old timey guys. And I started to think to myself, Man, there's got to be a path out there. So I left home, I left home at 15 because my parents didn't have a clue.

And quickly learned that in Iran, we were pretty good middle class citizens came here and we were poor. My folks managed to scrape together some cash. My dad worked odd jobs, pizza parlor. You know, he worked at dry cleaners just trying to make ends meet and manage to get enough money to buy a house.
